I heard a commercial this morning whining about needing to know "coffee shop lingo", as if it were difficult to order the drink you want at your local Starbuck's. The implication was that if you just stop at a Country Fair, you can get a coffee without all the difficulties one apparently encounters at your local Starbuck's.
Are we really that stupid? I never hear anyone complaining about going into Burger King and having to know to order a Super-sized Whopper meal instead of a large hamburger and fries.
Bad marketer, bad.
Great, now I'm hungry for a Whopper and the closest Burger King is about 25 minutes away...
