Kids follow good examples!

As with most things, with exercise and diet, kids tend to follow their parent’s lead. If most of your meals are McLousy for you and you’re out of shape, your kids will probably be as well. They follow the example that YOU set, and kids deserve a chance to be healthy.

Our kids all like to run, some further than others. :-)

The pics below are from a kid’s duathlon this summer. 7 year olds bicycled 1 mile and ran 1/2 mile. 6 year olds bicycled 1/2 mile and ran 1/4 mile. Both gutted it out and did their best. They had even trained in the neighborhood, carrying water bottles just like mom and dad!
