It's very important...

I’m talking to you, salesperson…

 

When I’m at work and you leave me a message that begins “It’s very important that I speak to you”, please understand that you’re saying it’s important to YOU, not me.  It gives me very little motivation to return your call.  If you want a response, tell me what’s in it for me if I call you back.  Otherwise, you’re deleted.  FYI.
